Chris Peterson worked his way through college in Colorado & New Mexico as a carpenter, lead man, foreman, becoming a Licensed General Contractor in 1979.
Coming to Red River for a construction project here in 1981, fell in love with the town and the area and moved here. “I get to do what I love, (designing and building beautiful mountain homes) where I want to live, what more could I ask”
While building a cradle for his newborn son, Erik, the idea of expanding the construction company with a custom cabinet shop was conceived and the entire business incorporated under the one name “Erik’s Workshop Inc.” in 1987. The cabinet shop really helps us create the final project of your dreams.
